Very good soldering iron
Heat travels down from the tip pretty quickly. It is good for setting heat set inserts into plastic and you can do several of them before the handle gets hot. Nice concept. Fun to play around with I guess. I'm a tinkerer and I'll probably mod it for my needs so I'm still happy with the purchase.

All good Item as described. There is 10sec limit on how long the tip would be powered at a time (this is a bit annoying) but I suppose this is inherited from original purpose of power bank that is a vape power source. Few more thing not specified here: The power bank has an embedded safety switch that prevents accidental push of the button. The actually use the unit you have to click first 5 times on the button and afterward you can use it to power the iron tip. The tip will get power as long as you keep the button pressed, but no more than 10sec at a time (disregarding you keep that button pressed longer than 10sec). To continue, you you have to release the button then click again after few seconds or so. About charging, it takes about 3 hours to fully charge. During this time, the charger's LED would be red, but it would blink green every 10 seconds or so. When fully charged, the charger LED would turn solid green.
