I am VERY satisfied. I actually bought this to use in place of a food processor. I heavily use one to blend/puree foods for my handicapped child. I go through two to three processors per year. Usually the motors burn out or the plastic chips/cracks/breaks making it unusable. This has a metal bowl that makes it perfect for my use as I have hot food ready to blend/puree, then serve. I also feel like less is wasted because I can easily scrape every bit out. In most, you have food caught around the middle spindle (no spindle in this) and in ridges around the side. It's small but I knew that as I ordered it. It grinds/blends enough food for each day which is sufficient for my needs. It has a four blade that does a nice job.
